Additional to our general terms of use, which apply for the usage of our services when using the website, the following special conditions count for our customer-login-area (restricted access area). On request our customers obtain the opportunity, through the input of a user name and a corresponding password (“user identification”), to enter the customer-login-area and to experience the offered services without any additional charge. Not later than with the login, the customer agrees to the terms of use. The customer commits himself to keep the user identification secret and do not access them to a third person. In case of abusing the user identification Formel D reserves the right to lock the entrance. For using the services and for entering the customer-login-area, it is necessary for the customer to register. Thereby it is possibly necessary to enter personal data.

In the course of registering the customer has to make truthfully obligatory declarations, which will be stored and used with compliance of data security regulations. The customer agrees on the collection and storage of personal data, which are stated or updated during the registration or the use of the service on the Formel D website, by the Formel D, Hunsrueckstr. 1, 53842 Troisdorf (Germany). Furthermore the customer agrees on the processing and utilisation of this data for the justification, implementation and development of the contractual relationship with Formel D. The customer finally agrees on the utilisation of personal data for the purpose of marketing activities such as the transmission of information concerning offers via fax and/ or email. The declarations of intention can be cancelled at any time.

Through the entrance, the customer gains the opportunity to recall contractually relevant information like for example the status of current orders and/ or activities of Formel D or rather their contact person. Formel D neither liable for the confidentiality of this information nor for their constant availability. The customer commits not to lay open these information secret to third persons, in case those also contain information about Formel D’s business connections. The commitment for damages, which occur through the abuse of the user identification or through unauthorised entrance to the customer-login-area, is also excluded. Formel D does also not commit for damages, which would have been avoidable through a regular (at least a daily) data back-up, unless, the customer is able to prove, that the damage does not rely on the circumstance of an improper data back-up. The commitment of Formel D for the loose of data will be limited to the typical reconstitution costs, which would have occurred with a correct data back-up. Incidentally the general terms of use are valid for the utilisation of the services on our website as well as our general standard business conditions, in case of their comprehension in a constant contractual relationship.
