During the first step the analysis deals individually with the point's capacity planning as well as the analysis of the target group. Moreover the analysis contains the preparation of schedules and a didactic concept as well as the assessment of available documentation.

After carrying out the analysis of the current state we immediately deal with the design and development of the training. This means diverse activities like the development of complete training concepts and individual training modules as well as their integration into existing concepts. Not only is the preparation of trainer documents, seminar documents and handouts for the participants in our responsibility but also the information concerning the training schedule.

We develop checklists for the training preparation, take over the research and approval of the content material as well as their target group and media-specific preparation. Afterwards we take care of the roll out’s order and organize a pilot deadline with associated review and adaptation.

The project’s realisation happens on different levels. Our service incorporates the conception, the design and the text up to the point of printable invitations for the participants as well as their shipping.
