      Advanced Product Quality Planning

      Advanced product quality planning is a structured method in order to determine and implement actions, which are inalienable, in order to secure, that the product corresponds to the customer’s requirements. During the seminar the participants get to know a proven methodology, which directly supports the implementation of new products with and without product developing phase.
       

        Target group

        This module targets employees working in the business field research and development, production, quality assurance, as well as product responsible developing, project and production engineers, who like to acquire or deepen knowledge in quality planning.

          Goals

          The participants get to know the theoretical background of ISO/TS 16949, QS 9000 and VDA 6.1 in the areas of product and quality advanced planning additionally to the test planning. Through practical exercises the understanding for the daily use of this method in the own company will be enforced.
           

            8D process

            The 8D method gives the company the chance to analyse and avoid faults and complaints through all phases of the product lifecycle in teams. During this seminar this approved method is presented to the participants, which also serves as a report format for the implementation tracing and therefore as well as an activity plan.
             

              Target group

              This module targets employees working in the business fields research and development, production, quality assurance, product responsible developing, project and production engineers as well as administrators from all areas, who deal with the topics “constant improvement (KVP)“, “correction and prevention” and “processing of complaints”.

                  Failure cause and influencing analysis

                  The failure cause and influencing analysis is an excellent method for discovering potential weaknesses in the system within the product and process development. During this seminar a proven methodology is presented to the participants, with which they can discover potential faults and which can instruct specific failure preventing strategies.

                      Goals

                        Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

                        The production parts approval process (PPAP) defines the basic standards for the qualification of produced parts, including the production process and the material. Therewith the verification, that the delivered parts fulfil all agreed customer specifications, should be given before the start of production.

                         

                          Target group

                          The module targets quality agents, who instruct and realise approval processes for new parts and changes, executives, project managers and employees working in the areas development, construction, purchase, production and quality assurance.
