Supplier development
The SPC contains eight services, which can be used individually if necessary. Including:
- Supplier selection: Support in the selection of suppliers by way of assessments, feasibility studies or benchmarking
- Training: Development and implementation of customer-specific training programmes
- SQIP (supplier quality improvement process): standardised supplier development programmes by analysis and qualification
- Resident Engineer: Liaison link between customer and supplier - the resident engineer will process and systematically reorganise tasks efficiently and speedily
- QCC (quality confirmation centre): serves a filter for suspicious parts at Goods Receiving Area of OEM / supplier
- Logistic support analysis and optimisation of the entire supply chain
- 100% inspection: shift of the incoming inspection from the OEM / supplier to the goods issue of his supplier
