Your experience curve will rapidly increase through the varied projects, consequently career starters and people re-entering the workforce are just as welcome on our team as experienced professionals and executives! Also senior experts can bring their knowledge and experience into selected projects and pass this knowledge and experience on to young colleagues, who in tandem are pleased to implement their knowledge and skills in handling modern IT systems.
Learning for the team
Whoever joins Formel D, never stays alone. We not only work in teams for our customer projects, but rather we view ourselves as an enterprise with a common team spirit. With individual familiarization programs for our new employees and managers, kickoff meetings at project start, employee meetings, and team events, we ensure that you quickly learn your way around, form your network, and feel that you belong.
Our trainer team is not only sought after and frequently invited by our customers, it also offers internal continuing education for qualifications, i.e. for time management or quality management and process improvements. Catch-Up is the name of the 2-week internal training program that bundles these and other modules.
